WORKOUTS

Recent studies have shown that every single minute of physical activity can improve your health! The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that adults do at least 150 minutes of moderate to higher-intensity physical activity each week.

 

It was originally believed this physical activity had to be in bursts of at least 10 minutes each for substantial health benefits. However new studies suggest that every minute counts toward reaching the 150-minute goal, whether it's part of a 10-minute burst or simply walking up a flight of stairs.

 

The Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit weight loss and wellness program incorporates fun and exciting exercise routines into every program. Our typical workouts include Basics Of Exercise, Boot Camp, Cardio, Jazzercise, Karate, Step Class, Yoga and Zumba. We can customize your program with these workouts and much more!

 

The workout sessions can be held at any Business, Church, Organization or School and weigh-in and measurements are done at each event. Most workout sessions are led by a certified instructor from a sponsoring gym. These are exciting events that are fun for the whole family!
