The old adage; "You are what you eat" has never been more true. The Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit weight loss and wellness program nutritional guidelines are truly simple! There is no need to count calories, weigh your food or mess with confusing point systems! What could be simpler? Our nutritional guidelines are also very effective. Typical weight loss is around 5 to 10 pounds in the first two weeks, just by adopting healthier eating habits! 

 

The Proclaim Fitness ® nonprofit weight loss and wellness program nutritional classes are held each week along with our workouts. You'll learn what to eat and how to eat in order to lose weight, gain muscle, and get healthier! This is NOT a starve yourself diet. In fact, it's NOT a diet at all. We'll teach you sound, time proven, healthy eating habits that are easy to follow and extremely affective!

 

Recent studies have shown that a combination of a healthy eating habits and moderate exercise can slow the effects of many diseases. In fact, in some cases this combination can even reverse the effects that many diseases have on your body! Don't wait until it's too late!
